How to return an item to Zestyful and how refunds are issued, including the hygiene exception for intimate products.

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. To start a return, contact the seller through your order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
